Stealer Deciding
Male Gila Woodpecker. Stealer was named for his art of stealing worms from my mockingbird Chopra. I grew attached to him and he became a very welcome member of my family. He often takes a moment to decide which worm he wants to take. He is very entertaining to watch---a funny character and a great family man. Woodpeckers are wonderful parents in my opinion.
